私たちはこのピノ・ノワールを100%育てたことに誇りを持っています。ほとんどの人は私たちには困難だと言いましたが、年月が経つにつれて、私たちはブドウを豊富に育ててきました。私たちのピノ・ノワールは、日本の味覚に合わせて年々変化し続けています。このワインはゆっくり飲んでください。お気に入りの和食を楽しみながらゆっくりと飲むと、旨みが口の中全体に広がり、この非常に独創的なワインの複雑さを楽しむことができます。

We take pride in growing 100% of our Pinot Noir. Most people said we couldn’t do it but as the years go by we’ve been growing an abundance of grapes thanks to all the care we have for them. Year by year our Pinot Noir keeps changing to suit the Japanese palate. This wine is a slow sipper, not a beverage to be drank swiftly. As you slowly sip while feasting on your favourite “washoku“ dish notice the “umami” spread all over the inside of your mouth taking the time to enjoy the complexities of this very original wine.
