バレンティン　2023 シャルドネ

夏のご馳走！シャルドネは、薄いブドウの皮と降雨量が私たちの最大の課題になっています。収穫のために最強の房のみを保持するため、目を離すことはありません。各房は、保護するためにぶどう袋に丁寧に包まれ、私たちのシャルドネは傷なく収穫され、美しく丸みを帯びたワインになります。梨と青リンゴのヒントがはいっているこのワインは、一度適切な温度で熟成すると、間違いなく長い期間をかけて非常にエレガントなワインに成熟します。
刺身との完璧なマリアージュ。


Valentine 2023

A summer treat! Chardonnay is our biggest challenge due to the thin grape skins and amount of rainfall. We constantly monitor these grapes to make sure we keep only the strongest clusters for Harvest. Each cluster carefully wrapped in paper bags to protect them from the elements, our Chardonnay is harvested without a scratch or bruise on them creating a clean well rounded wine. Hints of Pear & Green apples this wine once aged at the proper temperatures will definitely live a long life and mature into a very elegant wine.
A perfect marriage with “Sashimi”.
